Welcome to Room 4!

The Room 4 apartments are located in the middle of the old town of Salzburg, right next to all sights!

You can reach everything on foot and relax in the newly designed apartments in a modern look by the interior designer, enjoy a glass of wine with Mozart on the terrace or bathe in the pool in the warm months.

Exclusivity, oak-plank hardwood floors, stylish bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs can be found in the equipment again.

Our four apartments are located two in the first and two in the second floor and can each be booked separately, by the whole floor or the whole house individually from 1 person to 12 persons.

Extensive equipment!

All apartments offer you the possibility to cook in a small kitchen with ceramic hob (Sky Lounge with oven). Amenities include dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine for morning coffee appetite, kettle, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils.

Bed linen, final cleaning & service!

Bed linen and towels are provided once. No daily room cleaning, only final cleaning! All apartments have cable TV, free Wi-Fi and access to the swimming pool (at your own risk).

Parking and be mobile!

Park directly at our apartment house (for a fee of EUR 15.00 / night - due to the limited number of parking spaces, please reserve in good time) or in the public Mönchsberg garage 150 meters away (garage parking: upon request and with timely reservation, we can also provide you with a discounted parking access).

Time-saving check-in!

We offer a quick uncomplicated self-check-in. So you can arrive completely without time pressure - your access data to the apartment building and your apartment you can easily get when booking. Check-in: 15:00 to 24:00, check-out: 00:00 to 11:00.

Washing machine and dryer!

For a small fee of 2, - EUR for 3 hours you can use in the room 4 apartments washer and dryer on the ground floor.

Within walking distance of the Room 4 Apartments are the most famous sights of Salzburg. In addition to the ceremonial street just 600 meters away, its prominent neighbors include, for example, the adjoining festival houses or the horse sponges.
